The Colt model 1902 "Military" is an
improved variation of the model 1900. The longer grip with a square shape, and lanyard
swivel, holds one more cartridge. The percutor safety was discarded and the frame is
equipped with a hold-open latch to keep the slide open when the last cartridge has been
fired. All the other mechanical aspects are similar to the model 1900. For more
